Grey top - gina tricot | Distressed shorts - market + diy | Grandpa cardigan - carlings | Creepers - primark
Hi guys hope you are all well! So happy to finally be back with a post. I missed you guys! School has been quite busy and stressful lately. Also I've felt quite uninspired and the least thing I want is for my posts to be "forced". I'm on this blog-journey because I like it and I want to keep it that way! On to the outfit. Yesterday I went to the zoo with my mum and on our way there we stopped by a market where I found this pair of black/bleached shorts (actually they were pants but I knew I wanted to cut them into shorts!) and distressed them myself. It took a few hours to do but I really like how they turned out. I've been lusting over distressed shorts for sooo long but I find them so god damn expensive and they usually don't fit me very well. I like these in particular because the horizontal threads are this burned orange colour. Gorgeous if you ask me, although, I haven't washed and tumbledried them yet to give them the finishing touch. I will soon! I like really low cut muscle tees, especially grey speckled ones, and I decided to wear my Bart Simpson shirt, only difference is, I wore it the other way around exposing the back instead of the front where the print is. Worked perfectly. I love how it drapes and I love the colour of it. Very timeless. Underneath I'm wearing a tiny bra from h&m. I find that low cut shirts look really good with a simple bra underneath since it will be on expose on the sides.
I will probably keep being quite absent, unfortunately, BUT, as some of you may have noticed, I am now on Instagram where I will try to post daily outfits and give you little snippets of my life! So if you miss me here on my blog, feel free to follow me on instagram #phentasticness! Also.. expect to see my hair colour change sometime soon! Maybe it won't be until next month tho. Prom is up soon and my dress matches my hair pretty well so I think I'll wait till after. Still very excited tho...! ^_^ I hope it will turn out great. Take care guys I'll catcha later! x
